Entitlements through construction documentation/implementation for the proposed 21 acre Albright Property campus. The masterplan incorporates four, 4&5 story office buildings into a heavily vegetated site. Objectives include development of campus identity around preservation of significant mature vegetation, expanded open space through connections to adjacent creek side trail and multi-functional outdoor space to accommodate dining, corporate functions, and storm water filtration.

Netflix campus was awarded a 2018 NCC ASLA award in the General Design category.
