Entitlements through implementation for two new four story mixed-use office and retail buildings on two parcels. The project is part of a transit oriented development and is seeking LEED Silver certification. Site improvements include podium level landscape, streetscape, Cal-Tans right-of-way landscape and a retail promenade along Delaware Street.
