This project is a proposed satellite campus for the Apple iTunes division. The renovation and re-purposing of an existing group of an existing group of manufacturing facilities surrounding a proposed multi-functional courtyard and performance venue. The project also includes perimeter campus landscape improvements. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
