Phase-One and Two of a ten story beach front Hotel renovation completed in 2009. Includes schematic design thru implementation of all exterior hotel amenity spaces, including a drop-off/arrival sequence, outdoor-mezzanine level terraces, a restaurant garden walk and pool terrace.

The design emphasizes a ‘hippie dippy California style’ approach with layered textures and clean lines in a coastal atmosphere. Situated on a Bluff-top, the hotel overlooks the Pacific Ocean, Santa Cruz beach front and municipal pier.
